✅ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds (Valid for 30 Days from Delivery Date)
We accept returns and offer full refunds/exchanges for the following reasons (all mobile accessories must meet the return conditions):
Damaged/Defective Products: The product arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., cracked phone case, non-functional charger/cable, broken earphone sound), wrong product or missing items in the parcel.
Incorrect Item: We shipped the wrong model/size/color of the mobile accessory (e.g., wrong phone case model for your phone, incorrect cable length).
Unsatisfactory Product Quality: The product quality does not match the description on our website (excluding subjective dissatisfaction with appearance/design).
Customer Change of Mind: For unused, unopened and intact mobile accessories, we accept return requests (customer bears the return shipping fee) for a full refund (product price only).

📌 Return & Refund Process (Simple 4 Steps)

We will respond within 24 business hours and send you a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping address.
Ship the Product Back: Pack the eligible product securely (with original packaging if possible), write the RA number on the parcel, and ship it to the address provided.Please note: For defective/wrong products, we cover the return shipping fee; for change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Product Inspection: Once we receive your returned parcel, our team will inspect the product within 1-3 business days to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Process Refund/Exchange:
Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, the refund time depends on your payment provider (bank/card/PayPal).
Exchange: We will ship the correct/replaced product to you for free once the inspection is completed, no extra cost for eligible exchange requests.
