Teblcd - Shipping Guide
Thank you for shopping at Teblcd for your mobile phone accessories (phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, earphones, phone grips, camera lenses and more). This shipping guide outlines all important information about our order processing, delivery details, shipping restrictions and tracking to help you understand the entire shipping process clearly.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends).
For in-stock mobile accessories: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
For small batch pre-order items: Dispatch time will be noted on the product page, we will notify you via email once the parcel is shipped.
2. Shipping Address Requirements
Please provide an accurate, complete shipping address (including street name, house number, postal code, city and country) and a valid contact phone number. Incorrect or incomplete address will cause delivery delay, return or lost parcel.
We are not responsible for delivery failure due to wrong address information provided by the customer. If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact our customer service before the order is dispatched. Address modification is not available after shipment.
3. Parcel Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes a tracking number and tracking link.
You can track your parcel status anytime via our website’s [Track Order] page or the carrier’s official website.
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier’s system (normal logistics delay, no need to worry).
4. Delivery & Receipt Notes
Our mobile accessories are small and lightweight, parcels are packed in sturdy bubble envelopes/ cardboard boxes to avoid damage during transit.
For expedited shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): The courier will deliver to your door, signature may be required for receipt. If no one is available, the courier will leave a delivery notice or arrange a re-delivery.
For standard shipping: Parcels will be delivered to your mailbox/doorstep, no signature required in most cases.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Remote Areas
We ship mobile accessories to almost all countries worldwide, with no shipping restrictions for our standard product range (phone cases, chargers, cables, screen protectors, etc.).
Remote delivery areas may incur an additional remote area surcharge (automatically added at checkout), and delivery time may be extended by 2-3 business days for these areas.
We do not ship to regions with customs restrictions or international shipping bans.
6. Customs & Import Duties (Important for International Orders)
All mobile accessory orders are shipped from our warehouse with standard commercial shipping documents.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer (customer). These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and vary by country/region’s customs regulations.
Teblcd cannot control or estimate the exact amount of customs fees, please check your local customs policy for details. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned, the shipping fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
7. Delayed or Lost Parcel
Estimated delivery times are for reference only, delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather or logistics peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). We will assist you to track the parcel and contact the carrier if the delay exceeds 3 business days.
If your parcel is marked as "lost" by the carrier after 30 days of shipment, we will arrange a full refund or resend the order for you (no extra cost).
